The PIQ form is one of the key forms / documents filled up by the candidate soon after they clear the Screening Test. Each candidate fills up two copies of the PIQ , one each for the Psychologist Interview Officer(In the case of a service candidate, an additional form is required to be filled having details of his service) .The aim of the PIQ is to gather vital background information about the candidate prior to the Stage Two phase testing. This form is exhaustive in its content and has been designed inorder to provide sufficient as well as important information to the assessors about the background of the candidate.

Tips to fill PIQ Form

-> Record correct and relevant information

-> The information must be supported by documentary proof.

-> Avoid cuttings or overwriting while filling the form.

-> Write legible so that your information is clearly understood by the reader.

-> Write true statements that prove about yourself, inaccurate information shows lack of self- knowledge.

-> Any information given by you should not mismatch with you are saying in the interview and what yo have furnished in the PIQ form.

-> Write clearly about your hobbies make sure you know about what you have written on the form.
